Texstar Alarm Systems was established in 2000 with the intent of creating the highest level of service, convenience, and customer satisfaction to Houston area residents seeking a home security system installation in Houston.

We are a full service alarm company. Texstar is not just some website that offers low cost security system monitoring, yet has no one available to do service work should the need arise.
UL Listed Monitoring
Our fully UL (Underwriters Labratories) listed Central monitoring station qualifies for all insurance discounts and is among the best in Houston alarm monitoring. Our monthly rates start at just $19.95/mo +tax if there is a compatible security system already installed in the home. Texstar Alarm Systems works primarily with Honeywell and DSC security systems. In some instances, we are able to monitor the GE NX6 or GE NX8 panels.
Commercial alarm monitoring start at $24.95/mo + tax.
Service Area
Our service area covers the Greater Houston area and goes north to Waller, Willis, and Cleveland, east to Baytown and Beaumont, West to Katy, Waller, Fulshear, and south to Hitchcock, Richmond, Rosenberg, and Rosharon. If you are within a 50 mile radius of downtown Houston, then odds are we service your area.
NO High-Pressure Sales Tactics
We offer no high-pressure sales tactics and the ability to custom fit a program to fit your needs. While other competitors insist on an in home appointment so they can employ their high pressure sales techniques, in most cases we can give you an accurate quote right over the phone.
No Subcontracted Alarm Installations
At Texstar Alarms we do our own security alarm installation work in order to ensure a quality job. We do not contract out with other companies to do our alarm installation work.
Fully Licensed Alarm Company
Texstar Alarm Systems is licensed by the Private Security Bureau of the Texas Department of Public Safety (License #B09961) and by the State Fire Marshal’s office (License #ACR 2570). Texstar Alarm Systems is fully insured and has current certificates of insurance filed with both of the above agencies as required by law.
