Alarm Permits

Most of the towns & counties in the Greater Houston area require an alarm permit.  The police may not respond without a valid permit.  If they do respond and a permit has not been filed, most agencies will fine the homeowner or business owner for any false alarms.  If you have a permit filed, you usually get 3-5 free false alarms per year (varies by jurisdiction).

Please Click on the permit for your area and make sure you have the appropriate permit filed with your local police department.
