Shipping & Return Policies
Texstar Alarm Systems has developed the following shipping
& return policies to inform our customers what they should
expect in terms of shipping times and return policies. Please
take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies and
feel free to contact us if you have any questions. These
policies apply only to shipped merchandise and do not apply to
installed home or commercial security systems, installed CCTV
camera systems, or alarm monitoring contracts.
Shipping:

Free Ground Shipping to the Continental United
States is included on all orders. Please allow 7-10
business days from order placement.

Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days.

Express & Priority shipping is available for an
additional charge. However, please note that
product typically takes 2-3 business days to ship.
Returns:
We here at Texstar Alarm Systems want you to be happy with
your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item you
ordered, you may return it under the following conditions:

All items to be returned require a Return Goods
Authorization (RA) number issued by an authorized
representative of Texstar Alarm Systems.

To acquire a RA number, please email returns@texstaralarms.com.
Please allow 1 business day to receive your RA
number. Products returned without a RA number will
be refused.

All non-defective returns will be processed a 15%
restocking fee within 60 days of purchase. Handling
fees & freight charges will not be refunded.

Non-defective products will only be accepted in
RESALABLE condition with all of the ORIGINAL
PACKAGING. Please do not write the RA number
or any other message on the original package as
this renders the product unsuitable for resale.

Defective products can be returned to Texstar Alarm
Systems within 30 days of sale. After 30 days, the
defective product must be returned to the
manufacturer, under the specific warranty
allowances.

Upon receipt of a defective product, Texstar Alarm
Systems will replace the product with the identical
item only.

If a replacement order is sent for a defective
product, it will be shipped via ground shipping
without freight expense or a handling fee to the
customer.

For defective products, please place "replacement
order" in the comments section of the email.

All returns for any reason whatsoever require the
original undamaged packaging. Please save all
original packaging.

All returns must be returned to Texstar Alarm
Systems freight PREPAID regardless of reason.

Returns will not be accepted 60 days after sale
regardless of reason.
Damages:
-
Damages are the responsibility of the carrier
once the shipment has been released from Texstar
Alarm Systems.

Customer is responsible for making all damage
claims with the carrier as soon as the damage is
detected. Please save all packaging as the carrier
will want to inspect it.

All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt
of goods.

No damage claims will be accepted for any reason
after 10 days of receipt of goods.
Refusals:
- Customer is responsible for all freight charges &
return service charges on any refused order. Texstar Alarm
Systems will credit your account for all merchandise, less
a 10% restocking fee.
- Freight charges & handling fees will not be
refunded on refused orders.
